01 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on luck505, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with luck505 and confirm your full, unconditional acceptance of these Terms. 4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the luck505 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any luck505 content without prior written consent from luck505.

luck505's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
